A note from us: 

During the COVID-19 pandemic our biggest commitment is keeping our employees, customers, and communities safe and satisfied. We understand our customers have many questions regarding the delivery status of their order, and how we as a business are operating during the crisis.

This isn’t business as usual, and it’s a time of uncertainty. It’s also a moment in time when the work we’re doing is its most critical.

Our postage providers have changed their logistics, transportation, and third party seller processes to prioritise stocking and delivering of essential items during the Covid-19 pandemic. They're providing a vital service to people everywhere, especially to those, like the elderly, who are most vulnerable. Therefore, Our tracking won't be operational due to the influx of postage changes.

Delivery Update
We want to reassure you that every single order is being processed and delivered. Postage offices in each country are taking extra precaution each step of the way. This therefore is likely to cause a delay in shipping, but your packages are being taken care of and will arrive to you as soon as possible. We  greatly appreciate your patience during this period. Our standard shipping time is 5-10 days. 

What our team is doing
As the majority of the work we do cannot be done from home, we’ve implemented a series health measures for employees and contractors at our sites around the world — everything from increasing the frequency and intensity of cleaning to adjusting our practices in fulfilment centres to ensuring the recommended social distancing guidelines are followed. We are also working to identify additional ways to improve.
